MANAGER – ADMINISTRATION
Key Deliverables:
Supervises contracts associated with the Jakarta Office (office space, transportation, utilities, communications, etc.)
Organizes office support staff (accounting, drivers, etc.)
Maintains accounting records
Maintains bank accounts in Indonesia
Manages payroll and HR functions
Maintains relationships with working and administrative levels of partner companies, government offices and other third-parties

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business or other related subject, or other acceptable qualification
Minimum 7 years of experience in an administrative or business management function
Commercial acumen, financial acumen
Computer skills
English language fluency
Demonstrated success in a multi-cultural business environment

RECEPTIONIST
Key Deliverables:
Switchboard duty, about 50 staff
Handle all incoming/outgoing mails and couriers
Attend to guests and supplies
Document filling
Collect and distribute mails to the relevant departments.
Responsible for meeting-room/resource reservations and maintenance
Provides support services and general administration duties as assigned.
Data entry and typing
Perform general administration duties as assigned

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Competencies:
Perform as a team player and works well with others
Meets deadlines and works well under pressure to produce accurate results
Strong English and Indonesian language skills, Mandarin an advantage

GEOPHYSICIST
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Under general direction of the VP Exploration and consistent with the overall Choice Plus business strategy:
Identifies, influences, develops and recommends improvements for exploration and development plans, for the blocks held by Pearl Oil Siam in Thailand, in order to maximize value for Choice Plus
Identifies, evaluates and recommends new E&P opportunities for Choice Plus

KEY DELIVERABLES:
Contributes geological expertise in establishing Choice Plus views of the exploration prospective of Pearl Oil Siam concessions, and development plans for resources discovered
Provides technical expertise:
Well logging & well log evaluation
Seismic survey planning & supervision
Subsurface mapping
Contributes to evaluation of new opportunities
Identifies, develops, influences and supervises the exploration, development and production plans of Pearl Oil Thailand
Introduces and persuades Pearl Oil Thailand staff to adopt progressive technical and commercial practices
Builds and maintains relationship with the technical staff of Pearl Oil Thailand and other concessionaires in Thailand

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor Degree in PHYSICS, PETROLEUM GEOPHYSICS or other technical qualification
Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas exploration and development with a major E&P company in SE Asia
Cross discipline knowledge – exploration, development, drilling & production operations
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Commercial acumen in the assessment and valuation of oil and gas assets
Demonstrated success in a multi-cultural business environment (preferably Thailand / Indonesia / China)
